1.Change of reservation: If you need to change the date/time of the class, you need to communicate with the customer service staff more than 48 hours before the class, half of the class fee will be deducted for changes made between 48-24 hours, and no refund will be made for cancellations/changes made within 24 hours.
2. Refunds: Refunds are unconditional within 24 hours of payment (outside of 72 hours from the time of the lesson), no refunds beyond 24 hours, valid for three seasons, based on the first season purchased. Cancellations and changes on the day of the lesson are non-refundable. Force majeure will be taken into consideration.
3. If the instructor needs to cancel/change the time/date of the lesson due to special reasons, TXSNOW will communicate with you 48 hours in advance to discuss the handling measures.
