Refund Policy:
1.After payment, refunds cannot be processed back to the original payment method. Refunds will be issued via EMT, with a fee of CAD $20 + 5% of the payment amount for each refund transaction.
2.Refunds are available within 24 hours of payment, provided the request is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled class time.
3.Refunds are not available after 24 hours. Courses purchased for the current snow season (Season 1) can be used during the following snow season (Season 2).
4.Cancellations and changes on the day of the class are non-refundable. Rescheduling is only allowed in cases of extreme weather causing the ski resort to close.
5. If the instructor needs to cancel or reschedule the class time/date due to special circumstances, TXSNOW will contact you at least 48 hours in advance to discuss and arrange appropriate measures.
