TXSNOW Refund Policy

(Applicable to all products purchased through the official website or official channels)

Version: 2025v1.0 | Effective Date: 2025-11-24

The following TXSNOW General Refund Policy (hereinafter ‘this Agreement’) governs the refund terms of all products acquired via the TXSNOW official website or other authorized official online channels. Such products include, without limitation, instructional lessons, event registrations, physical merchandise, and service offerings. Users are strongly advised to review these terms thoroughly prior to purchase.

  • Service Provider (Party A): 16990096 Canada Inc. (DBA: TXSNOW) (hereinafter referred to as “TXSNOW”)
  • Purchaser (Party B): Any individual or entity purchasing TXSNOW products through the aforementioned channels (hereinafter referred to as the “User”)

By checking the box ‘I have read and agree to the TXSNOW General Refund Agreement’ on the checkout page and completing the payment, the user is deemed to have fully understood and agreed to all terms of this Agreement.

I. Scope of Application and Order of Precedence

  1. This Agreement applies to all products purchased by the user through the TXSNOW official website and other TXSNOW-designated online channels.
  2. If a specific product (e.g., training lessons, instructor uniforms, etc.) has its own refund terms or separate agreement listed on its product page, then for that product’s refund matters:
    • The specific refund terms for that product shall take precedence;
    • This Agreement serves as the general rules and shall supplement any matters not covered by the specific terms.
  3. In the event of any inconsistency between this Agreement and the specific refund terms of a particular product, the specific refund terms shall prevail.

II. Refund Application Deadlines (General Rules)

  1. Unless otherwise explicitly stated for a specific product, users may only submit a refund request within 24 hours of payment.
  2. Whether a request falls within the ’24-hour post-payment period’ shall be determined based on the payment timestamp and the refund request timestamp as recorded in the TXSNOW system.

III. Refund Amounts, Processing Fees, and Refund Methods (Unified Standards)

Subject to meeting the refund conditions set forth in Article II of this Agreement or the specific refund terms for each product, refunds shall be processed as follows:

  1. Refund Processing Fee
    • TXSNOW will deduct the following from the total order amount:
      5% of the total product amount + 20 Canadian Dollars (CAD 20)
      as a refund processing fee to cover third-party payment gateway fees and associated operational costs.
    • Unless otherwise mandated by applicable laws and regulations or specifically agreed upon in writing by TXSNOW.
  2. Refund amount
    • Actual Refund Amount = Total Amount Paid – (5% of Total Product Price + CAD 20)
  3. Refund Method — Exclusively via Interac e-Transfer (EMT)
    • All refunds approved by TXSNOW will be issued exclusively via Interac e-Transfer (EMT). Refunds will not be returned to the original payment method (e.g., Credit Card, WeChat Pay, Alipay).
    • When submitting a refund request, the user must provide a valid email address capable of receiving Interac e-Transfers (EMT) as the designated refund account.
    • The user must ensure the accuracy and proper functionality of the provided email address. The user is solely responsible for any additional fees and time delays resulting from errors in email address entry, inability of the email address to receive EMT, or failure to claim the funds within the specified timeframe.

IV. Supplemental Provisions for Different Product Categories

  1. Lesson Products (Service-Based Products)
    • Lesson products are service-based and tied to specific dates or time slots, involving costs such as instructor scheduling, resort resources, safety, and insurance. Therefore, they are not subject to the ‘no-questions-asked’ return policies typical of standard physical merchandise.
    • The validity periods, rescheduling rules, and detailed refund conditions for lesson products shall be governed by the ‘TXSNOW Lesson Purchase and Service Agreement’ and the specific refund terms for each lesson.
  2. Physical Merchandise (e.g., instructor uniforms, branded apparel, and accessories)
    • Physical merchandise (specifically custom-made or uniform items) is generally produced for specific purposes or in small custom batches; therefore, standard ‘no-questions-asked’ return policies do not apply.
    • If a product has a severe quality defect (e.g., obvious damage, significant seam failure, or completely non-functional components), the user must provide clear photographic or video evidence within a reasonable timeframe. TXSNOW will prioritize arranging for an exchange or replacement based on the specific circumstances.
    • Whether a refund is issued instead shall be determined through consultation between TXSNOW and the user based on the actual circumstances. In the event of a refund, the processing fees and refund method stipulated in Article III of this Agreement shall still apply.
  3. Event and Other Service-Based Products
    • Event products (such as Experience Days, team-building sessions, and workshops) typically require advance booking of venues and resources. Once a spot is confirmed, refund requests will, in principle, be handled in accordance with the refund rules for lesson products.
    • In the event of any specific terms stated on the activity page or in the confirmation letter, such terms shall prevail.

V. Non-Refundable Circumstances (General Principles)

Without prejudice to the specific refund terms of individual products or applicable laws and regulations, the user understands and agrees that TXSNOW will, in principle, not issue refunds under the following circumstances:

  1. Refund requests submitted after the deadlines specified in this Agreement or in the specific refund terms of a particular product;
  2. Physical merchandise that shows clear signs of use, washing, alteration, or removed tags, or items exhibiting wear, tear, or stains not related to quality defects;
  3. Any other circumstances explicitly listed as ‘non-refundable’ on the purchase page or in the specific refund terms of a particular product;

VI. User Acknowledgment

Prior to placing an order on the TXSNOW official website or other official channels, the user acknowledges and agrees that:

  1. The user has carefully read and understood the entire contents of this ‘TXSNOW General Refund Agreement’;
  2. The user acknowledges and accepts that:
    • Under the general rules, a refund may only be requested within 24 hours of payment and provided that the specific refund terms of the product are met;
    • All approved refunds will be subject to a deduction of a refund processing fee (5% of the total product amount + CAD 20), unless otherwise mandated by law or specifically agreed upon in writing by both parties;
    • All refunds will be issued exclusively via Interac e-Transfer (EMT) to the user’s designated email address, rather than being returned to the original payment method.
  3. The user agrees that TXSNOW shall execute refunds in accordance with this Agreement and the specific refund terms of each product.

By checking the box ‘I have read and agree to the TXSNOW General Refund Agreement’ on the checkout page and completing the payment, the user is deemed to have signed and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
